The expansion of local businesses and economies into international marketplaces is an important part of economic growth and development. One reason globalization is so important is because it develops new trade opportunities between countries. Because English is the typical business language for international dealings, it is easy for English-speaking businesspersons to find and connect with other English-speaking clients. This common language mode opens up communication, eventually allowing new products to be imported and exported. Further, increased communication between countries provides opportunities for companies to find more affordable distribution processes. As business and industry continue developing and expanding into other countries, specifically those that are still developing, new host countries are experiencing boosts in their economies. As a country’s economy grows, it can gradually become more developed and successful. Countries such as China and India have experienced this growth over recent years through globalization, and they now maintain thriving economies.
